A blog is a section of a website that is updated with relevant content on a regular basis, usually daily or weekly. There are many benefits to having a blog. It lets your readers know who you are. Whether you are a large corporate, a small to medium sized business or a one man band working from your spare room, by having a blog you are humanizing your brand. Many websites are boring. They do not represent the colorful opinions and personalities of the entrepreneurs and business people behind them. Blogs allow those opinions and personalities to shine through. It’s gives people a reason to return. Many people, your customers included have little to no interest in reading customer brochures or reading how the “breaking news” is, that you sponsored a local community marathon back in 1996. A blog allows you to inform your audience what is happening right now and more importantly how that will impact them.

There’s no question that Google Drive is one of the most versatile cloud storage services available today. Using it, however, is a little different than what you may be used to. Google Drive can store any kind of file: photos, videos, .pdfs, Microsoft Office files — anything. You can also save email attachments sent to you through Gmail directly to Google Drive, which saves you from having to make the move manually. One of the nice things about Google Drive is that it lets you preview files from within the browser without having to download them, first. Many zero-knowledge services don’t let you do this, owing to the fact that the service can’t decry pt your files.

WebQuest is a constructive model of organizing instruction that focuses on organizing the learning process based on the Inquiry-based Learning FrameworkA WebQuest can be as long as one to three class periods (short-term WebQuest), but it can be a month-long project (long-term WebQuest- longer than 3 days), and students can work independently or collaboratively, taking up roles through the inquiry process and investigate resources that the teacher preselects and includes in the WebQuest document  One of the basic ideas around the WebQuest model is that students work in teams when they go out in the society; social issues are rather complex, and students need to be ready to respond to the demands of the society, that definitely requires the effective use of technology and online resources for problem-solving (Dodge, 1997). Future citizens need to be tech-savvy and able to detect the right information for the right purpose.
A rubric is a coherent set of criteria for students' work that includes descriptions of levels of performance quality on the criteria. The genius of rubrics is that they are descriptive and not evaluative. Of course, rubrics can be used to evaluate, but the operating principle is you match the performance to the description rather than "judge" it. Thus rubrics are as good or bad as the criteria selected and the descriptions of the levels of performance under each. Effective rubrics have appropriate criteria and well-written descriptions of performance. Like any other evaluation tool, rubrics are useful for certain purposes and not for others. The main purpose of rubrics is to assess performances. For some performances, you observe the student in the process of doing something, like using an electric drill or discussing an issue.
